Severn Arms Hotel, Penybont

What a delightful stay we had at Severn Arms! The warm hospitality from John and his team truly made our visit memorable. The meals were excellent, particularly the homemade dishes. However, while our room was clean and had a great en-suite, the decor felt a bit dated. The outdoor space was a lovely surprise, perfect for enjoying a summer evening.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand, the dining experience was excellent, with delicious meals served in a cozy atmosphere. Plus, the staff really made us feel welcome. On the other hand, the room I stayed in left much to be desired; it was quite dated and in need of some serious updates. Overall, while I really enjoyed the food and service, the accommodations could definitely be improved.
